1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected flood barrier is suitable for their intended application.

3. Use of Flood Barriers & Safety Disclaimer

Our flood barriers are designed to help reduce potential water damage. They do not guarantee complete flood prevention.

  • Professional Installation Option: We offer professional installation services for an additional fee. This ensures correct setup and maximum performance.

  • Customer Self-Installation: Customers who choose to install the flood barriers themselves do so at their own risk and are fully responsible for following all installation instructions and safety guidelines.

  • We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, extreme weather events, or conditions beyond the product’s intended use.

  • No warranty is provided for performance under circumstances that exceed the product’s tested capacity

4. Permits & Regulatory Approvals

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or authorizations required by local, state, or federal authorities for the installation of our flood barriers.

FloodMeister LLC is not responsible for any denied applications, permit rejections, or regulatory non-compliance related to the installation of our products. We do not guarantee approval by any governing body or agency. Customers are advised to consult with their local building department or relevant authority prior to purchase and installation.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are outlined in the agreement signed by the customer. We accept the payment methods specified in the agreement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-made or special-order products are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, our products are sold “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. However, Flooddy barriers installed by FloodMeister LLC are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, which includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, misused, or installed by third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County Florida.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect and process customer information in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is available on this website.
